During these first two years, as a partner in talent search and acquisition, I have been able to understand, present and pass on Chargeurs' DNA and vision to candidates, position myself as an ambassador for the Group's values and highlight the importance of the talents and wealth of each individual within our businesses. The energy and entrepreneurial values conveyed within a solidly established, high-performance group have enabled me to look forward to a long-term collaboration, and this transition is a source of satisfaction every day.<br \/>\n<strong>Laetitia Azoulay<\/strong>Deputy Head of Human Resources<\/p>\n<p>\"After a career in finance in a major international group, I am fortunate to have joined the Chargeurs teams since December 2019 as Group Financial Control Director. I was attracted by the entrepreneurial project led by Chargeurs and the values of commitment, excellence and creativity that I can experience on a daily basis within the group. My role is fully in line with the long-term performance objectives of the Chargeurs Group, which has historically been recognised for its rigorous financial culture.
